will be happy to refund, replace or exchange any item within 30
days of its purchase.
For your protection, please return the item by Registered post
and insuring it for the full amount as stated on your invoice.

In order to protect the package against
possible theft, please do not write jewellers, jewellery or any
other luxury related word on the package.
Returns take approximately five days to process. We will e-mail
you once we have received the item. We will refund the full purchase
price of the product, excluding postage, equivalent to the method
used for purchase. Please note that refunds including postage
will only be given if the return is a result of our error.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
Damaged goods due to customers negligence will not be accepted.
A personalised or engraved item will not be accepted for return.
If for any reason you beleive that you
will return a watch then please do not wear it as minute scratched
can occur which will mean we will not be able to resell it. Any
watch that is scratched or blemished will not be accepted.
