Here at jewellery247.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. You can return any Jewellery247 order within
30 days of its postal date — no-questions-asked — for
a full refund or exchange, this does not apply to earrings which
can only be returned if faulty.
Should you require an exchanged item, a different sized ring for example, will will charge £4.50 to cover the return postage.
For your protection, please return the item by Royal Mail Special
Delivery and insuring it for the full amount as stated on your
invoice.

Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance
department. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange
within five days. Although we offer Free Delivery, it is an expense that we pay
and not you. As a result, we will refund the full purchase price of the product
less £7.50 (our postage costs).
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages
will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have
been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot
be accepted for return. Damaged goods due to customers negligence
will not be accepted. A personalised, custom made to order or
engraved item will not be accepted for return.
If for any reason you believe that you will return a watch then
please do not wear it as minute scratched can occur which will
mean we will not be able to resell it. Any watch that is scratched
or blemished will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
