How do I order
At Jewellery247.co.uk we offer you a stress free approach to shopping. As you browse our site you can add items you wish to purchase by clicking Add to Basket, found on every page within the catalogue. Adding to you Basket does not mean you are obliged to buy. When you are finished you proceed to the Checkout and pick the items you really wish to buy and complete the order.

How do I pay
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch) or Delta. We also accept cheques and postal orders. These amounts must be made out in Pounds Sterling payable to ABJ and cheques must be from a British bank.

Credit Card Security
We operate 128 bit encryption within our site. This means that at no time are your credit card details held in clear text on any web site. The details are only decrypted once they reach us to protect your privacy.For more detailed information on our security policy, see our Security Policy page.

If you prefer not to give your credit card details online, you can telephone us or print out the order form and post it to us with a cheque or fax the order form to us with the details completed.

Am I charged postage?
Jewellery247.co.uk offers FREE postage on all items in the United Kingdom

I do not live in the United Kingdom, do you send overseas?
At the present time we can only send items within the United Kingdom.

What is you return policy?
Jewellery247.co.uk offers you a risk free shopping experience because of our 30-day return policy. We are confident that our merchandise matches your order perfectly. If, however, for any reason you are not entirely happy you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (postage charges are not refundable). What information do you require from me?
As with all online shopping we need the following information to fulfil an order that you want posted to yourself:

  • Complete name (first and last)
  • Address to which the order is to be posted
  • Postal Code
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Quantity of items
  • A valid method of payment

How do I know if you have received my order?
When you click on the Submit button a confirmation e-mail should arrive at the e-mail address you have given. If this is not received then please contact us directly so we can help you with the order.

I know the item number, can I just ring you up and order it?
Yes. If you prefer you may order by contacting us FREE on 0800 093 7436 9am - 5.00pm GMT and we would be only too happy to take your order.

Do you send out your jewellery in presentation boxes?
Every item ordered from our site is boxed at no extra cost.

Do you gift wrap?
We gladly gift wrap your purchase at no extra charge.

How soon do you deliver?
We will attempt to deliver your purchase within 5 working days or as stated on the item descriptions.

How about backorders?
If there is any delay in sending out your order then you will be notified by e-mail and given options for what you want to do.
