You can check the status of you order using the Order Tracking facility. By entering the reference number quoted in the e-mail, notifying you that your order has been dispatched, on the Royal Mail's Track and Trace website you can obtain information on the status of your delivery.

On rare occasions, a Special Delivery consignment in the United Kingdom is delayed beyond Royal Mail's guaranteed next business day (Monday-Friday) 12PM delivery deadline. As part of their guarantee, Royal Mail will refund the delivery cost in most circumstances. While at Jewellery247.co.uk we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, and rely on Royal Mail to consign Special Delivery parcels on the next day, we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail would do so, or compensate you if your order is delayed by them.
