Depending on the order value, your order will be mailed by Recorded Delivery or Registered Delivery and will generally arrive the next working day after it is shipped from Jewellery247.co.uk.

You are able to track your order so you can see exactly where your dispatched package is.

All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes please) and will require an adult signature.

We do realise that jewellery and watches are often purchased as a gift so you can trust us to be flexible when it comes to creating the surprise. We will ensure delivery of any order for any special occasion. Please contact a customer service representative for any special requests.

For orders that include items with different availability's, the entire order will be delivered together. If you would like us to deliver the items as they become available then please contact a customer service representative.
